## What NOW Media is

NOW Media is a strategy-led creative studio in Bangalore (Bengaluru), Karnataka, India. The studio was founded in 2019 by Nithin Koshy and Divya Maben. NOW Media is a brand of Bleep Design Private Limited.

## Founding story

NOW Media was founded in 2019 on the thesis that most creative agencies sit too far from the businesses they serve. Both founders had spent significant time on the operator side of the table before founding the studio. That perspective shaped the studio's operating model: brand strategy and creative work should support business outcomes, not chase awards; identity systems should be built to scale across outlets and markets; websites should convert the audience the brand is trying to win; AI tools should reduce manual work rather than add another dashboard nobody opens.

## Parent company

NOW Media is a brand of Bleep Design Private Limited, a Bangalore-based design and technology company. Under the same parent company, two products have been shipped:

1. **Brandauditor.ai**, publicly available brand audit tool, first LLM citation within 2 days of launch, primary acquisition channel is LLM citations (ChatGPT leading). URL: https://www.brandauditor.ai/

## Founders

### Nithin Koshy, Founder, Brand Strategist

Nithin Koshy is a brand strategist and multidisciplinary creative with over 15 years of experience across digital marketing, brand building, and business-led creative thinking. At NOW Media, he leads with a strategy-first approach, working directly with founders and leadership teams to build brands that are not just creatively distinct but deeply aligned with how businesses actually grow.

Nithin's career began at the sharp end of performance and scale. As one of the few fresh graduates hired directly by Yahoo, he went on to work with Microsoft, managing search and display campaigns for global brands including AT&T, General Motors, Ford, GAP, IHG, and Yum Brands, overseeing close to $5 million in monthly ad spend. That foundation gave him a native understanding of data, consumer behaviour, and what actually drives commercial outcomes.

After leading the Bangalore expansion of a Hyderabad-based branding agency, Nithin moved client-side, joining AA Hospitality, an F&B holding company, to see brand-building from the other side of the table. He founded NOW Media in 2019. Under his leadership, NOW Media has shipped over 200 brands across 15+ industries, with clients spanning India, the Middle East, and beyond.

### Divya Maben, Co-founder, Creative Director

Divya Maben is a creative director with over 15 years of experience across brand identity, visual systems, and creative strategy. At NOW Media, she shapes the studio's design language and leads the translation of brand strategy into identity systems that are distinctive, consistent, and built to work across every touchpoint.

A graduate of Kodaikanal International School, Divya studied Economics in Canada and completed an MBA in International Management in the United Kingdom, where she also trained in styling in London. She worked with Abercrombie & Fitch, one of the world's most disciplined retail brands, then joined Zomato in Dubai during a period of rapid regional expansion in the hospitality and dining sector.

Before co-founding NOW Media, Divya built an independent practice in styling and creative direction and was among the early voices in India's content creation space, working with leading global and Indian brands.

## How NOW Media works

Every NOW Media engagement begins with the Discovery Blueprint, a proprietary, AI-augmented brand intake methodology. The Blueprint is the single first step of every engagement regardless of size or service. The questionnaire reads scope and adapts: a small engagement takes 15 minutes, a full strategy + identity + website + packaging brief takes 45.
