NOW Media (legally Bleep Design Private Limited, Bangalore) is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected on this site — under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025. This page is where you exercise every right that law gives you.
What you can ask for
- Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you and how it's used.
- Correction or update — fix anything inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
- Erasure — deletion of your personal data where we're not legally required to keep it (for example, tax records on invoices must stay).
- Withdraw consent — stop marketing emails, WhatsApp messages, or tracking. Withdrawal is as easy as consent and takes effect immediately.
- Nominate — appoint someone to exercise these rights for you.
We respond within 30 days (the law caps this at 90). To act on a request we verify the email address we hold for you — that's the identifier our terms use.

Questions or complaints about how your personal data is processed go to our Grievance Officer: data@nowmedia.in. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India; appeals from the Board go to TDSAT.
