Scope of Work ‍

Kynest is a real estate brand dedicated to building modern, well-designed residential and commercial spaces. As an offshoot of BL Kashyap & Sons, a leader in construction, Kynest focuses on creating thoughtfully planned environments that prioritize quality, collaboration, and long-term value.

To establish Kynest as a distinct and forward-looking brand, we developed a bold, structured visual identity that reflects its commitment to progress and inclusivity.

Brand Identity & Logo Design

• The logo, inspired by the letter ‘K’, features three upward arrows, symbolizing growth, collaboration, and a future-oriented approach.

• A monochromatic color palette was chosen to enhance the brand’s modern and confident aesthetic, ensuring strong visual recognition across all platforms.

• The design language is clean, timeless, and purposeful, reinforcing Kynest’s role as a visionary in real estate development.

Typography & Brand Patterns

• Albert Sans, a structured yet contemporary typeface, was selected to align with Kynest’s architectural precision and modern outlook.

• Custom patterns derived from the logo extend the brand identity across marketing materials, signage, and digital platforms, creating a distinctive and unified presence.

Brand Collateral & Applications

• A comprehensive stationery suite, including business cards, letterheads, and envelopes, ensures consistency and professionalism in corporate communications.

• Signage mock-ups and environmental branding guidelines were developed to maintain a strong and cohesive identity across physical locations.

• A brand usage guide was created to streamline brand consistency across all touchpoints, from digital assets to on-site branding.
